Paul Fair, Ph.D.

Paul L. Fair, Ph.D. is a Licensed Psychologist in private practice, Collaborative Practice Divorce Coach, Collaborative Trainer, and Registered Mediator. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia and a founding member of the Atlanta Collaborative Divorce Alliance and Cobb Collaborative Divorce Group; He is the co-organizer of the Atlanta Midtown P.O.D (Practice and Organizational Development).

As a Divorce Coach and Mediator/Facilitator in an interdisciplinary Collaborative Divorce, Dr. Fair is committed to helping couples dissolve their relationships in the healthiest possible way for each partner, their children and their extended families. In developing their Parenting Plans, he strives to facilitate parents to create agreements that are in the best interests of their children, as well as, minimize conflict and enhance their ability to co-parent together in the present and future.

As a therapist, Paul specializes in anxiety, anger and stress disorders, individual and couples counseling and is BCIA Certified in Biofeedback. He has authored several research papers, book chapters and a Relaxation Tape Series in the field of Biofeedback and Stress Management. He is the co-author with JacLynn Morris of two books: From Me To You: The Reluctant Writer's Guide To Powerful Personal Messages (Writer's Digest Books, October 2000) and I’m Right. You’re Wrong. Now What?: How to Break Through Any Relationship Stalemate Without Fighting, Folding or Fleeing(Sourcebooks, Inc., 2004).
