Bob is a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and Registered Mediator and Arbitrator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
Bob is a Member of Financial Planning Association, Past President of Family Mediation Association of Georgia, Past Board Member of Georgia Council For Dispute Resolution, founding Member and current treasurer and board member of the Academy of Professional Mediators; current board member of the Professional Mediation Board of Standards; Past President of the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia and a founding member of the Atlanta Collaborative Divorce Alliance. Bob is a partner in Divorce Innovations.
Bob has maintained an active private mediation and collaborative practice since 1995 and has provided Court ordered mediation services in DeKalb County since 1996. Bob has been a speaker at the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals Annual Education and Forums, AFCC Annual Conference, Institute of Certified Divorce Planners, Family Mediation Association of Georgia, Georgia Trail Lawyers, Women’s Resource Center, and Atlanta Divorce Mediators. Bob has contributed articles to Atlanta Journal Constitution, Finance Column; Journal of Financial Planning; Georgia Family Mediation Newsletter; Fidelity Advisors 401k Magazine and Family Mediation Association Newsletter.
