Eileen Thomas is first and foremost a collaborative family attorney.  She deals exclusively with family law issues in a settlement friendly manner.  Eileen’s experience as a divorced mother of two daughters, and her former employment at a Fortune 500 company as a mechanical engineer, assist her in representing both male and female clients in the divorce process. Eileen’s practice includes legal representation of a client who has chosen to work out his or her issues with their spouse in an amiable fashion.  Eileen often serves as a Guardian ad Litem on behalf of the best interest of the child(ren) when custody is in dispute. Eileen was selected as a Georgia Super Lawyer for 2012 and 2013. She is also listed in the Top 50 Female Lawyers for 2013. 

Eileen is one of the founding members of the Atlanta Collaborative Divorce Alliance, past president of the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia, Treasurer for the Atlanta Bar Association - Family Law Section, and in charge of sponsorships to the Family Law Institute for the State Bar of Georgia – Family Law Section. Eileen is the Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association Family Law Section.
