Evin Somerstein is a founding partner of Hunter, Weinstein & Somerstein, LLC. Evin exclusively practices family law, representing clients through the collaborative process and in litigation.  Evin’s beginning in criminal defense created his compelling courtroom presence, and his unique style has earned him the respect of judges, attorneys, and clients alike. As a founding member of the Atlanta Collaborative Divorce Alliance, Evin is proud to produce creative solutions for clients through Collaborative Family Law. Evin frequently lectures at seminars and is a regular Radio Guest Speaker on Q100, The Bert Show’s “Ask the Divorce Attorney.” 

Evin is routinely recognized for his accomplishments in the area of family law and has been selected as a Georgia Super Lawyer in 2010, 2011 and 2012, a  Georgia Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in 2005 and one of Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine in 2007. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and 1989 graduate of the University of Georgia’s College of Journalism.
